| General description【一般描述】 | It is a solid standard prepared gravimetrically from high-purity reagents. The water content of it is determined by coulometric Karl Fischer oven method at 170℃ with an extraction time of 600 seconds following ISO 760. Additionally, its measured water content is verified by thermogravimetric analysis. Unlike other solid standards such as tartrate, lactose, or citrate, the water standard oven 1% has significantly lower water content and can be used over a broad temperature range of 150℃ to 400℃ due to its inorganic composition. It is characterized in accredited quality control (QC) laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. |
| Application【應用】 | 1%卡式爐水標可作為有證標準物質(CRM)，用于根據ISO 9001 7.1.5章節《監視與量測資源》要求，檢查使用卡式爐和熱天平的庫侖法和容量法水分測定的準確性。但1%的低水含量令其特別適合采用卡式爐及庫侖計的水分測定。 |
